Wigmore Association Semi-Annual Meeting

Between September 8th and 10th, the Wigmore Association held its semi-annual meeting, this time hosted at Pitcairn’s office in Pennsylvania.

Turim was represented by Ana Carolina Carvalho, Co-CEO, and Renata Mello, Partner responsible for HR and Data Analysis, who joined the strategic discussions alongside members from Pitcairn (USA), Mutual Trust Pty Ltd (Australia), and HQ Trust GmbH (Germany).

Over the course of three days, the group engaged in strategic debates on topics essential to the future of family offices, including:

• How to sustain business growth in revenue, clients, and teams

• Defining and embedding corporate culture

• Current challenges in attracting, retaining, and developing talent

• The role of Artificial Intelligence in transforming ways of working

• Opportunities and risks in both organic growth and acquisitions

Wigmore stands out for creating an open and collaborative dialogue among leading institutions, fostering the exchange of experiences and the consolidation of best practices in wealth management. The meeting concluded with a remarkable dinner alongside Pitcairn’s management team and board.

We returned to Brazil with valuable learnings and inspiration to continue enhancing the quality of our services — and to keep advancing Wigmore Association’s mission: helping families prosper for generations.
